UNC Asheville has up to 1500 beds available for summer conference and camp housing from mid-May to early August.
Suite-style Housing
- Two to four bedrooms per suite

- Single and double rooms (up to five guests per suite)

- Carpeting, air conditioning, mini-fridge, and microwave in every bedroom
- Free expanded basic cable TV, IPTV, direct and wireless internet

Apartment-style Housing
- Single rooms, with a few double rooms (up to five guests per unit)
- Extra long twin beds
- Two bathrooms per unit
- Full kitchen, dining area, and living area in every unit

- Air conditioning
- Coffee maker and coffee
- Free expanded basic cable TV, IPTV, direct and wireless internet
- Free laundry facilities in every building
